    ZF TCM Limit

    Today's beta has a new parameter which when raised will eliminate the Trans Fault that occurs if shifted above 7,000 RPM

    Great stuff Eric, was the rpm increase rate linked with this or was it unnecessary in the end (after the second bout of testing)?

    Yep, used the updated Beta software and confirmed in another car, logged 7718 engine rpm no issues, might need to pull the 8740 ARP rod bolts out and fit some 2000's

    Further actually, I had the upshift set to 7500 but the converter was showing a couple hundred rpm slip so the engine has to suck it up as upshift is determined off OSS and any trans clutch slippage not engine rpm hahaha

    The Miami will make more power with rpm but typically they fall over above 7K anyway, the more boost you put in the earlier the exhaust cam shows its head.... 18psi Kenne Bell cars with stock exhaust cam its starting to flatten out by 6500-6700
