Need help asap i licensed a 2004 ford f150 with a black oak pcm. Wen i try to flash the vehiclr it mentions that the vehicle is not licensed. The customer drove a long way to get his vehicle tuned i need help ASAP. Why doesn't hptuners have a phone number to contact em about these type of issues?

I couldn't liscense my 13 f150 Ecoboost today with the newest beta(downloaded this morning), sent support an email but havent heard back

The truck can only be flashed with the updated beta but the issue is i CANT use the regular vcm scanner i can only use the new 2.25 scanner and that doesnt let me log anything of value what gives!!!
