Jeep 3.8 JK P0882 Limp mode Trans

Jeep P0882 Limp mode Trans stuck in 2nd Gear!

    this was kicking my butt

every fuse and relay tested good
No calibration change would fix it

ended up changing every relay under hood
    and that solved the problem!!

    hope this helps someone else

P0882 - TCM power input low. Good find.

On the Dealer side we've seen a lot of high resistance issues in connectors at all places. PCM, PDC, TCM, and any connectors, as well as fuses and relays. So it's good practice when troubleshooting to reseat (disconnect and reconnect) all accessible connectors several times to get a good scratch on the pins and hopefully reduce any iffy connections that were causing the problem. Had a brand new '15 200 that wouldn't start. No codes. Having someone crank it while banging on the fuse box lid caused it to fire right up. There's a lot of connections in that little box.
