Thanks for your feedback. I just wanted to see if anyone had attempted this before I invested the time to get my stubborn monitors enabled. Here in VA, you are allowed to have one monitor not set (for my year). It is a Catch-22 for me. I blew my left knee out 4 months ago and couldn't drive the car enough to enable the monitors until after the surgery. Now the tag is dead and I have to 'break the law' and drive the car on dead tags to hopefully set the monitors without getting the attention of the aggressive LEOs in my area.
So this is available in GMs and not late model Fords? I guess there is no way to trick the system for the Coppermine ECU.

Finally got all monitors to pass, the car's exhaust mods are 1 7/8th long tubes with 3" collector and 3" x pipe with flex fuel logic enabled...I don't recall what my last set of changes were, but IIRC I may have played with the inferred exhaust temp...I'l have to double check...i've been making changes in phases trying to figure it out

It did involve a strategy swap bc the one that came on this car did not have the tables I needed to modify...keep that in mind, it cost another 2 credits...luckily I had already licensed the other file since it was off a customers car, so you could see your self some credits on that front...if you are lucky, the customer may already have the strategy that has these tables...I'll post the changes in a few hours
Someone had mentioned we should try and go down in exhaust temp since a larger pipe would cause temps to be lower, also lowered tip temp 50* across the board(not sure if this mattered). Also set all the catalysts thresholds to zero....
Not sure if only part or all of these changes are needed, but here is how they sit now. I did have to change strategies to one that has the threshold defined though...so if your customer doesn't have them, you will need to make the change to a strategy that does.

Jn2 - What strategy did you use to set the O2 monitors? I am now sitting on dead tags, significant other not happy with car sitting in driveway undriveable. Care to share the OSID?
Eric - Have you had a chance to add those values you spoke about previously? FYI - my OSID is FPDW3FA and the O2s and HEGOs refuse to set.

I swapped from FPFD1B5 to FPFD2AA
Jn2 - From which year was this strategy? I am trying to discover where I can get a copy of that particular strategy. Eric said some time ago that he had problems with the Roush strategies and readiness monitors. Mine is a 2013 Roush. Just my luck.

It's from a 13/14 model, If you are running a Roush strategy than you will need to find one with the Thresholds defined already. Do not mix 11/12 and 13/14 strats though, hear it causes issues. So if you have a 2013 Roush, start pulling every Roush file you can find in repository and forum and see if any 13/14 models have the thresholds defined
I am currently running a 2013 Roush OS in my 2012. It runs great but does not have the needed fields as your new OSID has. However, I just looked through my library of various tunes and found a strategy that does have them (FPFD2A5). I didn't note from which year unfortunately, but I assume it is from a 2013-2014. I will base my tune on that strategy, make the changes you mentioned, license the new strategy, flash the car and see what happens.

I would suggest contacting support first and asking for the fields to be defined. I did exactly that a while back and gave them a similar file that had it defined to compare to my stock file.
Hate to barge in, just an update to my earlier post. Finally got all my monitors to set...in particular the dreaded O2 and heated 02. Long story short, had to return my CJ intake, throttle body and CAI to stock and reload stock tune. I still had shorty headers, stock cats, upgraded mid pipe and roush over axels. After returning to stock drove about 100 miles, three full key cycles, and still couldn’t get the two O2s to set. So took off the mid pipe and returned that to stock also, drove another 20 miles....BINGO..they set.
You hear about the war stories trying to fix this issue, how about this one....this started in September of last year, so a year ago though drove about 9 months (up in the Northeast so none for three months in winter) , a solid 3000 miles of dedicated driving focused on getting them to set, 9 tune revisions with two different tuners, about 20 submitted data logs, at least $1k in additional costs...and I’ve for the most part I am back to a stock car! (still have the shorty headers and roush axle backs).
The car still runs and sounds great...so I am just happy as all heck this nightmare is over. Let me know if anyone wants a great deal on a slightly used but in perfect condition CJ manifold, FRP oval TB, JLT CAI, JBA H mid pipe, and JBA high flow cats. [email protected].
Witt - After I thought about the credits needed to license the new OSID etc, I did contact support about adding those fields to my current strategy. They responded with no ETA. So I have to wait on that one. I also, went through my SCT software and looked for some PIDs/Fields that we don't have in the HPT suite that might be similar to the missing fields in my strategy. I found a thing or two that might impact the monitors in the SCT software, but I am doubtful. I am hoping that support can add those fields quickly.

In SCT it should look something like this... scto2.jpg
Witt - I haven't had a chance to see if SCT has it for my OSID, but good news: A big shout out to Eric. The fields are in my strategy now. That was fast! I will be driving/logging this thing tomorrow night when it quits raining and the cops can't see my dead tag sticker so well.
