    Invalid VIN/OS pair

    I emailed these files to support@hptuners a couple of hours ago but didn't get a response, so I am not sure if my email is actually getting through or not. I have a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 here that will not license. I don't know if I need the beta or an update, and I am not sure what kind of turnaround time to expect on this. Please let me know what my next step is.
