Anyone have a remedy for ungodly slow downshift times?

I've been screwing with my transmission for a while but I can't eliminate the horribly slow downshift. If you've had an automatic you know what I mean. Sometimes takes up to a second and a half to shift when I floor it from 40mph. Any hints whatsoever? Is this in the TCC apply/release? Downshift pressure tables? There is no downshift shift time table available.

You'll have to forgive me, I'm not near my laptop to post a tune.

Not sure if you need help still...but Ive just modified downshift pressure tables and it seemed to do the job well.

I will say I tuned the trans when I was NA and kind of just left the same settings since ive been supercharged (probably 320whp)

What i really do tho is just manually shift when i need to (racing)
