P0172 Bank 1 Too Rich

I have found an addition to my previous problem. 2015 Sierra with a bank 1 misfire issue.

As you can see from the .hpl file, my fuel injectors dont cut off when letting of the gas. ive compared it to a 2015 Yukon when injector flow rate goes to 0 as soon as you let off the gas, whereas my vehicle where it stays at a steady decline, and at one point would increase injector flow rate at idle. (not sure i caught it on this run).

Anybody have any ideas? ive already replaced bank 1 injectors + spark plugs + wires. Only thing i didnt remove yet is the headers. Attachment 136266

Seems like lifter issue to me
