Problem when checking engine codes (2.24)

Whenever I check for engine codes on any vehicle I get this popup box and then the program closes. Anyone else having this issue?

Also saw this same crash on a 2014 Silverado using 2.24.1127 when I tried to pull up the dtcs. Truck had a map code thrown and I was able to see it before it crashed. Pulled up a 2nd time fine.

Im having the same problem too. Just got my pro package last week and can't even use the scanner after update. It's frustrating. Im having to wait between e-mail for a fix. Just sent a screen shot and info log to tech support.

For what it's worth, I just received a e-mail from tech support. Close all programs go to my documents/hptuners/settings/clear everything in the settings folder. Restart the vcm scanner, enter your info and try to connect. It didn't work for me, still getting the error message when reading the DTC's. But it was worth a shot. Hope it helps.
