2014 Charger R/T Hemi Disable AWD feature using HP Tuners

I have a customer that wants his AWD disabled on his 14 Charger R/T Hemi. I have not plugged into it yet but does anyone know if it can be disabled? Thanks for your support.

I see that you can remove fuse #48 and disable AWD but can HP Tuners shut off the same bits as removing fuse #48? Anyone?

I don't think that's an ECU controlled system. You may be able to disable it under the "System>General" tab.

Confirmed, you can disable AWD option under "System>General>Vehicle>AWD option".

WHAT???? There is a AWD version??? Does the AWD version com with a launch control option. Wouldn't you get a better pull and take off with AWD? I would think the handling would be better also in the corners in high speed but the Challenger handles like a dream anyway. My buddy has a AWD subaru sti and that thing leaves like a rocket. I'm just curious to the draw back on AWD model vs RWD.

If HPT can't do it. Another company sells a product called a Taser for the Dodges that allow you to turn it off and do all sorts of other crazy stuff.
