I am trying to work with your HP Tuner Software and when I am trying to scan VCM It gets only so far then I get VCM Times out up to 4 times then error 1F80.I have tried unplugging and replugging in the HP and also rebooting the computer that I am using.
email support, sounds like you just need to update to the beat software to me.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
