I have emailed support numerous times no reply so maybe someone can help me out. My tablet works great with the scanner full control and everything. However when I try to flash a tune file I get the application key invalid. I've re installed and re installed the drivers again all with no results.

I don't have any outstanding emails. Sounds like you are using an old application key to me though.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I used the [email protected] one or whatever. At any route I got a new app key but I have no where to input the updated key on my windows 8.1 tablet
