Hello,
Running into intermittent issues with my scanner saying that it's "Scanning" but there is no data being captured. I do not receive any errors and as I said, it's intermittent.
I just updated my 2.24 to whatever was posted to my customer center and I'm still running into it every now and again. Is this a software issue, driver issue or? Anyone else experience this?

I've had it happen too. No idea why, but if I stop scanning and start again it's always fixed it, so I dunno.

it is a new problem with the updated 2.24. never happened before. i have start and stop about 4-5 times before it does anything.

Mine use to do that, which wasn't a problem. The problem now is no matter what I did - restart the scanner, unplug/reconnect things, restart the PC etc. didn't rectify the issue.Originally Posted by schpenxel

updating the software to "newest" 2.24 does nothing. it is a problem with the "newest" 2.24.

I just love hitting the space bar 50 times before it will start capturing data...

"support" told me to try 2.25. why? i can't do what i want with 2.25 because the fields, or options don't exist yet.

Starting to sound like a 09 Cobalt or just a general E69 issue, make sure you guys email support, also test 2.25 to see if you are able to scan the vehicles, if not let us know and we can add it to our things to look into.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
