    Interface Upgrade needed

    Hey guys,
I'm finally having problems with my old trusty MPVI2. It's been a trooper for several years now. I think it has around 3660 credits on it! Lately, it typically will not connect to the laptop. I've tried a new cable, and same problem. It's got me in a bad spot with several customers that need a retune.
I've got an MPVI2+ and a new MPVI3 in stock.

When will the Interface upgrade option be available? I'd like to send old trusty and have the credits moved over to one of my other units.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

I'm sorry you're having troubles with your MPVI2 device and we'd love to help you. Have you already opened up a support ticket? If so, do you have your ticket number so that we can review the status? If not, please open a support ticket here: https://support.hptuners.com
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Be careful with the MPVI3, several of the "supported vehicles" aren't actually supported, and it'll let you write your way into a dead vehicle. JTEC/JTEC+ and one of the Ford PCMs, if I recall.

Thanks for the quick response Bill! I got a support ticket last month when it first started giving me troubles. The number is 65721.

    Thanks again!

Both of your previous tickets are permanently closed and cannot be reopened by us, please open a new ticket and in the subject you can put for Bill at hpt and I'll grab it and get the ball rolling.
