Got my drivers fixed, but not I'm running into problems installing the .NET framework. It says .NET 2.0 isn't compatible with a 64 bit system. I even tried installing a newer version of the .NET framework to no avail.

This is driving my nuts. I can't find the email that Bill sent me with the beta download link either. Will that make any difference if I try to install that rather than the 2.22 version?

Sounds like you need to use the software version we posted without the net framework checks found here:

I did everything the link said. I have a Dell with Windows 7 with 64 Bit os. I see the channels A and B working properly under the devices panel. I install the 2.22 VCM Suite cd and it says i need .net 2.0. When i try to install that it says i can due to using 64 bit. I'm about done with this whole kit. Been trying for hours now. Still getting no where. Can someone please help me out asap.

Although I found a link to it earlier in this thread, I wanted to bring the actual fix to light in here. My computer is giving me grief over the fact the drivers are unsigned. The fix for that is to reboot the computer and keep pressing F8 until the computer brings up your options. Arrow down to highlight "disable driver signature enforcement" and hit enter. Then work in your driver installation.

I installed the software on my new laptop. I updated all the drivers for windows 7 64 bit system. When I plug in the hp tuners to the usb the sytem crashes and performs a memory dump. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Delete the drivers and try again, eventually they will show up, if not contact support.

I have gotten the software to work fine with no framework issues on my new laptop.

However it will not recognize the interface. I downloaded the signed drivers inthe link. unintstalled the unsigned drivers (even checked the delete box) then tried to install the drivers in the above link.
Here is what she tells me:
"windows thinks the driver you have are up to date"
then I check the details box and it tells me they are unsigned.

I keep following the instructions on the various threads on this issue with no resolution.
    Me love boost long time.

Update, delete every driver you can find relating to the interface. For some reason win7 64 will ignore an overwrite. You must remove them completly. Then download the signed drivers again, unzip and re-install. (you must tell windows to delete the driver when you unistall the interface)
    It is now functioning correctly.
