Log into your customer page, then go to add upgrades or something very similar to that. In there you can buy new credits.

Yeah, you should have set one up when you first bought your HP Tuners software.
Google HP Tuners, click it and then find the customer login, type your stuff in there and you'll be brought to your customer page. It has all the info about your software and credits purchases and whatever else you need. The same place you'd go to download the latest software version, that is updated on nearly a daily basis.
