We did a tune on a 2012 SRT8 Charger, picked up nicely on HP/TQ, now it wants to shift quickly thru the gears during regular driving, but will stretch them out as normal WOT. Where / How can I adjust his cruising shift points.

That's not something the aftermarket TCMs generally address, the quick shifting is usually from a bad learned driving habit. Itll hold gears longer if it learns that someone has a heavy right foot, and granny shift if it learns someone is always just coasting along. Sounds like it needs a TCM adaptive reset (can be done with a starscan or equiv) or the "other" companies handheld, or by installing a tranzformer module. Once reset, drive it like you stole it and itll relearn.
