Snap Throttle idle hangs at 46*

Here is a quick rundown of the setup.

3 Bar OLSD
TH350
Twin On3 T-76
A2W IC
Howard rollercamshaft (190325-12)
SD 80lb injectors
MP4303 Pump
E-85
LM1 Tuning on Lambda


I've been chasing this issue for the past couple of weeks in my spare time and I'm thinking its something so simple that I may be missing or overlooking. BTW the tune and VE table is still a work in progress, I just want to get this issue ironed out before I start logging more on the road.

I know that the truck PCMs have extra spark tables and I'm thinking this is where my issue may be. The PCM is a 411 from a 2002 5.3 Tahoe.

I crack the throttle and the engine hangs at idle at 46* which is what I have set as my max advance.

I'm thinking its my Base Spark Vs Airmass vs. RPM Closed Throttle in Drive table that needs adjustment..?
