you need to up your knock sensor voltages especially under 3,600 rpms, its not an exact science but at least 15-20%. I have so much noise with my cam and forged internals around the idle area my 600 and 1000 rpm voltages are the same as my 1800 voltage (100-200% higher than stock). It was false knocking while idling.

The Ring lands on MM or Arrington Drop ins are normally good as they are wider than stock stuff.
do you have an exact AFR reading in acceleration. had it once the accelerator pump stuff had to be risen over 200% to get a proper amount of fuel in there.

Yes my comment earlier on the 6.4 was in regards to stock Pistons the 6.4 is worse than the 6.1 as far as ring land thickness. If forged you're golden just need to tweak the knock thresholds.

I set the torque/airflow offset like you said but still no difference.
today is will adjust the knock sensors thresholds properly.

Did the changed Vacuum routing of the bypass bring it forward?

This is a common tuning issue on non Hellcat boosted Hemi. Not sure but I think there are posts about it. It's definitely fixable in tune unless you have a mechanical issue like bad bypass valve

I have seen it happen. Light throttle will be really surgy with a bad bypass valve. IAT will be high when off throttle too. I'll check your logs later if I get a chance. Bad bypass valve I see IAT that get very high cruising and cool down under a little load or WOT

Here are some things to try:

    - Disable Barometric Pressure Fine Tune
    - Increase Throttle Body Airflow in rows <= .5V (Start with 10% and keep adding until surging subsides).

That should get you there. I do small airflow and smooth cam timing and don't have surging issues with boost on non Hellcat PCM. Just nice and smooth boost part throttle. I change many other things but think those two are the big ones
