    Help with Spark Adjustment?

I have been logging with a diabo handheld due to the availability of PIDs that can be logged. I was tuning a SRT-4 and the timing kept doing random drops and advances and I found a Spark ADJ. pid and cannot find what the protocol or formula. Any input would be great.

Not sure on what protocol or formula you might be looking for. Spark ADJ is simply the amount of adjustment that is being made to the base table through one of the many modifier tables. No real way to break it down as to which table it is that's making the spark ADJ, other than to log every single spark advance PID modifier available, and even then there's no guarantee that you'll be able to directly track it that way.

Are the drops/advances seemingly random, or do they occur at the same RPM/Load every time you log them?

Perhaps you can post your tune file and a log file (for HP Tuners, as I don't have the Diablo Software), and I can look over them and see what might be the problem.
