2011 dodge charger pursuit 5.7 issues

Hey guys.. I recently purchased a charger pursuit that im bringing back to life. I've been searching the forums looking for a good stock tune to base off of, but with no luck. Here is a file of mine stock. If someone can take a look at it and see what im missing or upload a stock file for me..it would be much appreciated. The car is up for smog and I can't nip this bug at all. The car runs rich at idle, gives off a lite steamy smoke, and stumbles from take off on thru till wot or above 50mph. Also it gives off misfire code 300, 303, 307, and also evap leak p0456. I have replaced plugs, coils, cleaned injectors, intake, changed head gaskets, thoroughly inspected the heads and added a catch can. Also changed out the evap solenoid..still show codes and drives with a sputter. Roxanne stock tune.hpt
