Tools to create new courses (e.g. hill climb or autocross) from a GPS path?

Is there a tool available that could take a gps path (in .gpx format, for instance) and create a track/course? When we do hill climb or rally work we often have the course mapped out in software like Garmin Base Camp, and can export that. It would be neat if we could give TrackAddict users a predefined track for them to import before they arrive at the event.

All that a user would need to setup a new autox/hill climb/rally track in TrackAddict is the latitude & longitude of the finish line, and optionally the starting line (if omitted, it starts timing when the vehicle initially starts moving from a stop)... He would just select Segment mode in this case, tap the Track selection button, tap "New", and then set the name and coordinates.

At some point in the future, we may add sector splits as well, but those should be enterable in much the same way (and would be optional).

Thanks! We'll use the GPS tools and publish the start and end trigger points.
