Typically if its an invalid vin/os pair according to the information we have the software will only give you a single vcm license option, no year/model. Which is what it sounds like you are running into.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

No. It's not an invalid VIN/OS .... I had to license the single to get the customer out the door. Your email busted ?

I sent you screen shots, and tried to explain what was going on, etc...
Have also since then sent a 2014 and 2010 truck file with info that will not work. The 2014 has an invalid OS/VIN combo.

2.24 wouldn't even allow you to license any file that gave an invalid vin/os pair error so you would need to basically send the customer away, 2.25 allows you to do single vcm licenses rather than waiting on us so that you don't lose a customer.

Like I tried to explain initially....2.24 -- 2011 truck...I was not getting any invalid VIN/OS error. The setup would not let me license the group -- vehicle only. I was not using 2.25.
2.24 would only let me license the single vehicle. It was licensed, and emailed back to them. I've never been able to edit from an invalidOS/VIN vehicle ever.

2.24 cannot support late model fords as far as I know.

2.24 cannot open the file you have attached.

2.24...2.25 (Beta) version is the one I meant. Correct, 2.24 doesn't do anything with the newer Fords.

might be another ford oddity where they used the same os id in multiple years, not the first time I've seen it, likely won't be the last. Make sure to email this file to support at hptuners.com with the file in question and your information, and I can have our ford engineer look it over and add it to multiple years if necessary. Its pretty rare we make these exceptions but with ford they do some odd things like this.

FYI I looked through my emails and couldn't find one pertaining to this so feel free to resend as that might be your best bet in this case.

The vin/os information likely wasn't in our database at the time this is explained here pretty thoroughly http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showth...-Error-message

2.24 wouldn't have allowed you to license the vehicle at all.

2.25 gives you the option, either you can
    a. send us the file for review just as you would've done with 2.24
    b. do a single vin/os pair license for 2 credits but you won't get the upgrade credits for it
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

2.25 allowed me to tune it--wouldn't let me license the year/group.
