IPC Wheel Torque Error - tuning a 2014 twin turbo coyote with big custom cams

I'm looking to fix some weird quirks I'm discovering when tuning my new MPR built twin turbo motor.
It has some healthy cams, no VCT, and runs great at WOT. The part throttle stuff is challenging so I'm working on the bugs.

The issue I'm having is the car breaking up and sputtering at part throttle when attempting to pass someone on a highway. It seems to happen as soon as the car sees anything over 0psi. I get a host of IPC wheel torque errors and the car goes nuts.

What am I looking to update in the tune to keep the wheel torque errors from occuring?

Is there a pedal position PID available to use so I know exactly where I am in my ETC mapping?

I've attached a couple logs that show the issue.

    Thanks in advance
