The compare feature in beta comes and goes...there was a build a few months back where it crashed on me, but a few weeks later it was back up and working just like it should.
We get bug reports from customers, we fix the issue. If you don't report a bug it won't get fixed.
support at hptuners.com is a great resource when it comes to reporting bugs.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
