Will access to the CCM allow clearing codes that may have set that aren't allowing the car (C7 Auto) into the PTM selection menu?

i am getting P12F0 and FD errors permanently too and with latest beta 3.5 i could read and license CCM but it comes up with load definition errors and no DTC for flaps show.
mine is a 2015 Euro Spec C7, sent all to support hopefully they can figure it out.
