I installed windows 10 and I am having issues connecting to any of my vehicles. I am getting power but I am unable to connect and keep getting the "Interface not found or Responding". I have checked and both channel A and B are installed with the latest updated drivers. I am stumped. Never a problem before. Please help! thanks!

when you connect your interface to your pc but NOT a vehicle does the green power light illuminate?
