2007 silverado lbz 6.6 diesel not much power

hi all
I had to get a 2007 6.6 chevy lbz diesel with 6 spd Allison auto running which was converted into another 4wd

im not much of a tuner so I just used my hp tuner dongle to turn off vats
and turn off some dtc codes

this engine has had the intake heater plate removed and the egr removed so after doing abit of googling
I found out I had to turn off some error codes

only problem is it still feels sluggish

here is the base tune with very minor mods

any chance someone can look at it or let me know if I need to do some other mods to the tune
when the egr and the intake heater is removed

The only thing I see in the tune is egr is still enabled I would disable it in the tune being you removed the valve. Log some actual vs desired fuel and turbo pids and post them with your config file I will look it over.

this is a decent hot tune,.. from my early days....prolly 4 years old
