Just got my hp tuners kit today (pro) load it up, plugged the MPVI into my laptop, conected my obd2 plugs together AND THEN pluged it into my MPVI. It sparked my car cried we're all sad. any suggestions?

If you unplug the MPVI from the laptop, and plug it only into the vehicle via the OBD port, is the green light on the MPVI lit? My guess is no, which means you just popped your OBD fuse.
Replace the vehicle fuse for the OBD port (name varies based on vehicle), and you should be back in business.
We got this guy Not Sure, ...
Thanks Keith I'll check it out

Sometimes it's not labelled and shares the same fuse as the cigarette lighter.
Also make sure you're not using an inverter to power your laptop.
