2015 Ecoboost Stock tune Datalog LTFT 12%

    Hey guy ,

I did a datalog to have an idea of what I can log to make a new custom tune . I found that LTFT Bank 1 was -2.5% which is normal , LTFT Bank 2 is -11.7% .

I regapped plug , to .030 , Reset all fuel trim , let it Idle 10 min and came back to 11.7% on bank 2 .

Engine have 1400mi on the clock . Called dealer , they told me engine run richer in the first couple of thousand miles for the break in period . Makes no sense since only one bank is off .

What do you all think ?

I think you should hold off on tuning it for a while, in case something is wrong. That seems like too much variance between the banks.

I would look for exhaust leaks.

I will have to do a smoke test for the exhaust because I can't hear any leak .

I checked all the flange on the intake pipe , seems all good . I did the same test when it was out of factory .

Maybe I misunderstood the post. Are you under warranty? Have you put a tune in it?
