    FG turbo conversion

    Hello everyone,

Currently doing a FG conversion to turbo using mostly factory parts.

Im using the 2 Bar map sensor but how can the ECU know this? I changed the tables that reference load but is that enough?

    Thanks

    FG map sensor

    Hi!

Finished the installation but having a few issues with the Map sensor.

Tried changing the original N/A calibration to no avail, 2bar sensor reads 43 Kpa instead of 95...

Tried flashing in a G6T map (OS=HAEDLL8) and still a wrong reading and car wouldn't start. Is this because the OS is different from the original one (HAEK2AE)?

Anyone has an stock FGT map with this OS I can use? This car is MY2012. STOCK MAP --> 2012 STOCK FG ZF.hpt

    Thanks for your time

Just go into the tune repository and look for one submitted by JVK (me)
This is just listed as a fg xr6 but is a 2010 xr6 turbo 6 speed zf and stock std.

Have you tuned many CBR600's on E85? Our uni team's formula SAE car runs this setup and they continually are having issues. Any chance you know if the injectors are compatible?

Not one lol. What ECU? First thing to establish is injector resitance... check that out, if its high >10 then that shouldnt be the problem (depending on ecu)
