    torque management advance c7 zo6

I am getting huge torque management spikes at part throttle, are causing the car to surge. Mods are headers,no cats, upper pulley, and haltech cold air, and e85.

I have included log file .cfg, and copy of tune.

    Joe,

Not for nothing but just make sure there is no crap in the MAF....I've seen quite a few of the C7's somehow pickup crap and it gets in the sensor. I really don't see anything in that cal that should be effecting part throttle function. For the hell of it flash it back to stock and see if the problem still exists.

Also just brainstorming....if there is any kind of incomplete combustion you can also get this effect. Not many are aware but the E92 can actually control torque cylinder to cylinder in an attempt to smooth out the engine. If there is a combustion issue this can show up as a torque management request. Just bringing this up cause of the E85.

apparently cylinder to cylinder torque management has been running my world for the last 10 tune sessions! i guess that is the source of the random phantom knock? the ecm moving spark advance around?

I did notice this thing has like 52 degrees of spark in some areas, I think that is a little excessive. I smoothed it out and it seemed to reduce my torque management adv. It made 654 on e75 on my mustang dyno.

Your driver demand tables are stock...does the throttle open up fast and stay open at WOT?
