    Invalid cable ID

Message says invalid cable ID, you do not have license support for this interface. Noticed also the serial number on the interface doesn't match the one to my application key(last 2 digits are different.

What is your ticket number or what email address did you email from so I can look up the ticket?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Could someone please tell me exactly what the file name is that I should send? I'm getting frustrated and can't get any clear info from support.

Newbie looking for some help.... I just purchased MPVI Pro (GM), I have it loaded on Win7 and I'm getting the same error (Invalid Cable ID). When I installed it the first time (I've uninstalled and installed a few times troubleshooting) it automatically updated the firmware in the Interface and from the other post I seen others have had this problem as well.

I've installed and uninstalled several times using software that shipped and with the 3.2.38 version posted on the HP Tuners site, but continue to get the same error. I'm currently running the latest posted Software 3.2.38 and Firmware ver 120.
