To me, I take it as you're doing a read entire, and it's using mode 0x36, and it's exceeded the number of allowed attempts.

If you give us some more information, like the vehicle you're working on, your software version, etc.. we might be able to give you a better answer.

We support so many vehicles so that message could mean so many things depending on your circumstances.
