    Power cutting at high rpm

    Hi

Can someone please take a look at this file and let me know where I am going wrong please?

No matter what i do i cannot make it run over 15psi of boost without cutting and jerking at about 5000rpm.

This tune made 350kw at about 15psi of boost, but as soon as i raise the desired boost duty it will cut at high rpm, if i raise it a bit more it will cut in mid range.

Really lost on what to do from now. I would like to get 375kw out of this setup. not sure what is causing this! want to go to e85 later also.

    350kw.hpt

    Cheers

It may help to identify changes if you attach the stock file also.

It doesn't look like you have changed the under/over hystersis thresholds?

If you can capture the event on a log it will potentially give you the answer or at least point you in the right direction or eliminate things that it is not.

Sounds like you are just starting out then you have a way to go if that is the case then you need to read "working with VCM sanner" in the help file on the scanner page when you can make a log of the problem area post it up on the forum and I am sure forum members will give you feedback.
