Just look at any manual transmission tune to get an idea of what tables get min. & maxed out for shifting and torque. Make sure the gear ratios match up. Disable any DTC's that pop up relating to the swap. This being a 4.3 you may even have a spot in the tune to select manual or automatic on top of all this other stuff. If you need more help with this you can re-post in the V8 section as well. I'm sure a few people there have done swaps like this actually using the same PCM and donor & recipient transmission combination as yourself here.
