    Lightbulb Eric's FG BIG update

    Everyone,
    Since Eric's Melbourne visit he has been able to prioritise work the FG calibration. Eric has targeted the FG V8 Coyote engine as it has the most calibration options available. He said once he gets this up to scratch then he will roll the changes to the rest of the FGs and the BF. A staggering number of tables and scalers have been added including Lost Fuel, Gear based boost control (yea for each gear), over boost tables, throttle based boost control, ...

    Too many additions for me to outline so I have added the calibration as a download and you can get the latest beta and check (2.25.2739+). Here is my list of the tables and scalars adder.

    I think it's a bit cheeky to say they were the first, you know its been available in Sniper for a while Darryl, everyone else is now starting to catch up.

    First, not sure what you mean by that? HPT might be the first with this combo though.

    Agreed there is still stuff in Sniper that is not in either HPT or SCT. I don't know if we need all the parameters Sniper has but HPT has a few advantages such as price, T-MAP/Boost sensor calibration and ZF tuning so everyone is catching up. You are fortunate to have both best of both worlds

    Apparently still more stuff to come, very interested in how Eric can resolve the 40+psi FG turbo with the ZF causing engine lights come on

    Agreed, they're both excellent tuning tools and do away with the need to use SCT.

    The sooner HPT will have a device to hold multiple tunes the better. C'mon Eric!

    Just waiting on E-motion to update the nGauge to work the the AU Spanish Oak, and ZF TCM.

    I will purchase and ngauge once the Aus cars are supported. Will make life much much easier for E85 users

    So far 14 different strategies have the parameters I have been adding. Only the later SC V8 cars have the boost by gear tables. Hope to have this knocked out really soon and will get all the DMRs working for you guys finally.

    Thanks Eric! Is HACCDZ3 one of those 14? lol or no B series just yet?
    Those DMR scanning and inverse torque table will hopefully help me with my torque reduction issue hopefully. If I can't find/fix it soon it's getting sold lol

    Great to see the update to the HAEK2AE template for my FG Turbo. Now all I need is a device to hold multiple tunes and I will be able to flick between my 20psi E85 tune and 18psi 98 unleaded tune

    I can confirm that with the missing WGDC multipliers that have been added, boost control is now no longer an issue

    Downloaded the latest update yesterday and then read a FG mk2 Turbo ZF and there's a fair wack of new stuff, very impressed Eric
    Support response has picked up as well.... Congratulations HPT and thankyou !!

    Hey Jet,

    Just checking you know you didn't have to download it from car again, if you had an old PCM read it would have shown the new parameters with it too, not telling you what to do just making sure your/anyone isn't wasting time.

    Jet, very interested in how you go. I will be keeping an eye out for your results.

    Starting hear good results about the boost control on the FG. 20psi closed loop, no problems. Without the tables all sorts of issues.

    Last week I finished adding the parameters to all of the FG definitions. I'm working on getting the DMRs going this week.

    Orbital Li LPG - FG XR6 NA

    G'day Eric,

    I am wondering if an FG XR6 NA with aftermarket Orbital liquid injection LPG can be tuned? I am considering putting in a high flow cat. Catback sports systems is already there.

    It has ZF 6 speed gearbox.
