    PLX EGT Sensor

I'm trying to setup the EIO for the senors and have no idea how to get it setup properly. I have searched on here to see if someone else set one up already, but no luck. Just found out I have the same issue with my PLX Boost sensor.

    The product link for reference.

HP Tuners format for EGT should be V/ 0.0033 +0 and for Vac/Boost should be V/ 0.111 -15. Basically HPT requires using the inverse of the multiplier value so 0.0033 = 1/300 and 0.111 = 1/9.

If you post these in the 2.25 Scanner thread, Keith will add them into the software so you can just select it from the menu.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the formula that you provided for the EGT is for Degrees C. How would I have to modify the values to correlate to Degrees F?

Is that in the current file (2.24) I can download from my customer center on HPTuners.com?

You can either do a math conversion on the logged value (degC x 1.8 +32 = deg F) or you can try V/ 0.0018 + 32.

2.25 Scanner may have a method to transform degrees C much easier.

if you use 2.25, you can just chose the units you want it to be in, wherever you're using the parameter.

Is there more information on EGT data logging with Ngauge? Or MPVI2 only?
