We've installed a 18% OD dampener, and MAT (IAT2) sky rocket up to 108*C.
I know we are over spinning the blower, but tuned another headers/cai Z06 and I was seeing 60*C max at the end of the run on a dyno with a hair dryer as a fan. (Our dyno is undergoing maintenance)
To try lower the MATs, we installed meth and it pulled them down 13*C only to 95*C (Still too high for my liking). The Z06 jumps 3-4cars vs a stock one in 3rd and 4th, but heatsoak and high MATs pull timing to the extent at top of 5th the headers/cai Z06 is starting to pull easily.
We have installed the expansion tank from fasterproms and I've even tuned the intercooler pump to start pumping as soon as the engine turns over.
