Exclamation Get credit information failed. Error: 2

Getting this error when using my tuner. I emailed support and no response yet. Anyone have any ideas?

I have tried on my laptop and desktop, different USB cables, drivers are good in device manager, and still this error. Scanner works great, however, the tuner portion does not when i go to read a PCM.

Here is my log output... with key and s/n edited out.

It originally looked like it was doing a firmware update and then stopped. since that point, that's when I started getting this error. Could a botched firmware update be the cause? if so, can i manually run the updater against it again? This is high importance for me to get working again. Email from me to support was from [email protected].
