Grand Prix speed limiter wont go away

2006 grand prix 3.8 supercharged. the speed limiter wont go away. i have raised it from 125 to 160. I also raised everything else to atleast 160 and the car still stops at 125mph.
Is there something that needs altered that isn't under the speedometer tab?

I'd be scared to even take a grand prix past 100-120mph.

A word of advice too, going WOT into 4th gear can destroy it. Yes the shaft is stronger than the 97-02 units but it's still not wise to do it.

Post the tune for more help.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Sounds like a bad plan, thomas. We'd like you to stay alive.

That critical parts of the brain involved in decision-making are not fully developed until years later at age 25 or so.
