Trying to get my HP Tuners Pro installed and running. I can't get the MVPI interface to turn on and be recognized by the computer. When I plug it in, I get a very faint flickering of the green power light on the MVPI box. If I manipulate the cord around the box end...I can sometimes get a very brief full green light that only holds for about a half a second. Manipulating the USB end does nothing. And I have 3 USB ports on my computer and have tried them all.
I also found another USB cable and tried that. I get the exact same thing as mentioned above with both cables...and on all 3 USB ports.
Do I have a faulty MVPI box??
