A little more research and you'd have found out that you must email Hp Tuners support directly to get it.
You need to give them all your information and what you need it for, then they can apply it to your customer page for you to download.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

They typically get this access quickly. You will log on to the HPTuners.com site and in the upper right corner of the page you will see, "Go to customer center" Click on that and you will see the versions you have to download. They will have 2.25 in there.
