2011 SRT Challenger Auto Shifts on its own after 4k when in Commanded 1st Speed....?

Quick question for Mopar Studs..

Customer does standing burnout in 1st gear (Autostick/and in Sport Mode) and the car will shift to second automatically when it hits about 4k rpm.

ESP Held down for 11 seconds to disable all ESP functions and it still does it. No matter if in D or 1st Gear.

Fuel RPM limits set at 6400 (Drive/Gear) and 3800 (Neutral/Park).

I can't see anything in the Trans tab that would limit or command the shift.

Any ideas?

Update

Customer brought car in, logged it, nothing out of the norm.

When he showed me what the car was doing/not doing of course he ripped a knarly burnout that didn't cut out at any RPM.

Thinking it might be a abuse mode/temp setting that limits rpm when a specific trans temp is achieved?
