Scanning 2005 Crown Vic Police. It 100% reads entire, then the small vehicle reader box doesn't close like it used to in 2.0, and when you do close the box, the tune is not there. It's like it reads it, then nothing.

redownload & reinstall 3.0 from your customer page at www.hptuners.com/customers and try again.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

3.0.23 just installed as of 5 min ago, now it gets to 3-4% on the read entire before the estimated time goes above 3 minutes or so and "Failed" and "Timed out" appear
That shouldn't be happening, please contact support.
