segment swap

I posted earlier that i installed a 6l80e in my 2006 z06. Can someone show/tell me how to do a segment swap so i can get my bcm to recognize that the car has an auto in it ? I'm all wired up and ready to go except for this last addition. Need help in the worst way.......Thanks in advance............Got the trans module talking to the bcm/ecm.......New problem, starter will not engage and ignition on, shifter in reverse there are no back up lights. Prior to that when i depressed the clutch pedal ( Have not wired safety switch to brake pedal yet ) Engine started.... still need help !
