VCM Editor message "Invalid License" with Windows10

Help...The VCM Editor will not read my ECM (e67) gives an INVALID LICENSE message.
The Scanner connects and logs.
This is the same laptop that I used to tune the car up thru August 2014.
The only difference is now I am running Windows10.
I did upload the 2.24.1172 update last week, but that did not work.
