I have an 06 mustang gt and i bought the credits to tune my car my problem is the base tune will not read for the first time the scanner works fine im able to view all my pids and dtcs the error message that im recieving is controller unlocker x11 service not supported
I had the same problem on Saturday with an 06gt
it would read out but after the read was completed it would not open the file to save like normally
couldn't figure it out
Do you have the scanner and editor open at the same time?Try having just the VCM Editor open when you connect to the car.
Make sure you're using the latest software, VCM Suite 3.0, available on your customer login page.

I had the latest beta from Friday
and no scanner wasn't open
I will try the newest 3.0
i have been using the latest beta it refuses to even begin reading the vcm
also can someone send me a link to 3.0 i cant get it through my account long story nvm i found it
i downloaded the latest beta and i am still receiving the exact same error message error message.png
Did you ever resolve this issue - the error message in the previous post?
