Manifold Volume parameter missing on 2011 ECM

I hope we aren't left out in the cold - this parameter appears in tunes on older LS7's.

Several of us are tuning for MSD manifolds, and assuming the parameter is effective in the newer ECM, we'd really, really appreciate it if we can set this.
