If I have a sct tuner on my truck, is it possible to read the tune with hpt without locking out the sct tuner? I know I couldn't make changes without locking it out but could I simply read the tunes to see what they are changing?

You can read it. And flash over it with HPT. You can also then still flash with the SCT; back to stock or with the previous tune.
