a problem with gear ratio change

i used to change gear ratio easily with chevy cars

but

with hemi, i can't find a way to change the gear ratio. i have a costumer changed it from 3.06 to 3.64 and his car just goes with 3rd gear.

So, we need to change gear ratio by tuning

i can't find it for hemi.


can you please help me?
